Even more impressive is that all of the service technicians strive to provide excellent customer service. They are very knowledgeable about the products and are able to answer all of my questions.
A new AC system is one of the larger expense a homeowner must deal with when buying a older house. There is comfort in knowing that such an expense was spent on a quality product and installed professionally.

11 years ago I decided to replace my HVAC system proactively. I obtained bids from three contractors and selected Carroll's Air for three reasons: I dealt with one of the owners and he was intelligently responsive to questions asked, they offered a system I found technologically acceptable ( Ruud Scroll Compressor System competitively priced ) and they were a business in the suburb of Dallas with a good record. I had one service call under warranty during the first or second year of ownership and the system has been trouble free since. I needed the service call because the system stopped cooling. I am knowledgeable so I checked the usual items ( filter, thermostat, visible wiring). Everything looked good. After I made the request for a technician, I shut down the system at the thermostat and waited 10 minutes to restart. The system restarted and worked fine. Turns out the problem was an overheated compressor due to the sheet metal covered portion of the coil being clogged with dirt. The technician rinsed this portion of the coil and checked the system condition with gauges. The system was working at amp loads near new specifications and coolant quantity showed no leakage over time. the technician was very personable and readily explained everything he did. He also let me know that my maintenance program was unusual to encounter and very successful. We discussed the system and I am considering a service agreement to extend the life of the system to it's maximum potential. I am very happy with the system and Carroll's.
